Tim M. Farabaugh is Executive Director of the Hermitage in Northern Virginia, a community designed for active older adults age 62 or older that is located near Washington, DC in Alexandria, and historic Old Town Alexandria. Farabaugh has lectured at Wesley Theological Seminary and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He has also worked with Richard M. Gentzler, Jr. in presentations concerning aging. He has an MDiv from Methesco in Delaware, Ohio. He self-published 2 books: *Ministry to and with the Elderly** and *A Guide to Long-Term Care Administration**.
